RETURN POLICY
For México:
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for refunds. But, you can make changes in size, color and style.
We only accept changes if the parts meet the following requirements :
- The pieces/s must be returned within the first 14 days in which the item was received.
- The pieces/s must be in their original state, with labels in place, including the hygiene seal.
- Undergarments must be worn when trying on the item.
- Piece/s must not be used, washed or altered in any way.
- Please choose your change carefully, since only ONE change of size, style or color will be made.
The order must be returned within 14 days from when the package was received. Unfortunately, if the change exceeds the 14 days of our policy, it will not be possible to make the change.
The company reserves the right to refuse any return in the event that the products or items do not meet the aforementioned specifications.
Are the changes free?
The cost incurred for sending the part back to Carena is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you require an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping to return the new piece to you.
How long does it take to carry out a change?
To change size / color / style if the part is available in our inventory, we will send the new part within 3 business days and a new guide number will be sent to you. If you are returning a part for damage and would like a refund, we will refund your money within 2 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a fault?
Let's hope this never happens, but if you were to have damage or a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@carenawim.com so we can personally assist you and help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

Rest of the world:
Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please review our table of measurements very well before placing your order, and for any questions that may arise, you can contact us immediately at our Chat for customer service.
